Article 34 - Special Conditions Affecting Part-Time Personnel34.1 Return From Absence. Part-time employees who return to College employment following an absence of not more than three (3) terms shall retain the seniority and sick leave accrued at the time the employee left his/her employment. 34.2 Assignment Notice.
