Attached is a copy of the survey bill which I received by mail today.
Unfortunately we had just mailed your check for the Riley transaction to
you, so I am not holding any of your funds to pay this bill. 

You may remit payment directly to the surveyor or, if you want me to have a
record that this bill was paid, you may send your payment here so that I can
copy it for my file and I will then send it on to Mr. Lance.
