madison mccrory posts and replies for Week 2 Forum PBS and Appy Re: Lack of supplies by Madison McCrory - Friday, October 9, 2015, 12:03 PM The lack of supplies is mind blowing. The army had no guns and weapons and the best important thing training. This men and women are going out there a risking there lives and they don't not even have to training they need to be successful. It was amazing that they succeed so well when the materials they had were so limited. I thought it was amazing that the american solders were able to go over and help them learn and train them properly. It was very cool that they could even speak the same langue as them. American solders provided so much help and support. The country was so full of haterted there was no one to protect the children that both sides were fighting for. The north and the south were fighting for what they believe in and while doing that left the children in such dangerous situation with the protection or guildnesss. We are very privileged to never have a war on our soil. we never have had to see this as children with our own eyes. We hear these horrible stories about children sitting in the streets see the war in front of them. its a horrible thing! We are so lucky to have the army and the protection that we do. He have the strongest army that not only protects us but that risks there lives and goes and helps other countries that are in need of our support. Moving weapons by hand and with bikes is sad with the lack of resources.. Supplies is one of the most important things in the war. from the rev ail side cutting over supplies is one of the most smart thing to do. I give them no access to anything to help them. it was a important. All freedom does come with a cost. many men and women in our lifetimes have lost there lives fighting for what they truly believe in and for what they want this country to be. like the book states war is not be hated and to fight but it is to stand up and fight for what you believe in. that theory is one that may be truly hard to understand when so many lives are lost from this battle. He wanted to come off to his peers as this great outstanding citizen he wanted to help out his country and wanted people to know he was helping. But as him being a communist he wanted control. HIs personality to me made it seem like by being nice he could push people into be communist. It was like he wanted people to see it wasn't all bad. But as a communist he just wanted people to follow him and then he would take control. I believe he was a saint at all cost. he tried to trick people into being a communist. I felt like i was actually living in the book. the writer makes it very real and understanding. It made my heart hurt for the people that were actual in the war. So many lives were lost and people were controlled and flat out robbed of there freedom. While the war was going on even people that had there freedom could not live there life. it was a horrible place to be. The book was sad and depressing. Sum of ratings:0 (1)
