Charles Hudson &., in Massachusetts, will only demonstrate The weakness of their cause, and hasten the question at issue in accordance with the great fundamental principle of republican government: the right of the people to govern themselves; the right of citizens in Territories and States to establish such laws as they may deem best for their own control, providing they do not conflict with the Constitution of the United States.
