Midterm Adj % is your midterm exam score (after a 6% upwards adjustment)

Paper #1 and Paper #2 are your scores on those assignments.

Final Exam Raw % is what you scored before the upward adjustment.
Final Exam Adj % is what you earned after a generous updward adjustment and was used to figure your final class grade.

Extra credit, if you did the assignment, reads Yes, otherwise is empty.

Final Class Grade is what you earned in the course this term and should be reflected on your official transcripts.
