Escobar was a tough but very effective instructor.	I believe he has made it a perfect 1:20 minute class.
Different methods of instruction - lecture, videos, overheads, computer, etc.	Regular homework, not so much of class grade relying on 2 tests.
I just love learning about history and this class always kept my attention, my interest, and was fun.
The instructor was very helpful, and when I got stuck on a paper, or was concerned about my grade he was available and willing to help out.  I liked the option of takint the test when it was best for me, not at a set time.
The in depth look at history.	I like the class but feel the computer midterm and final should be done on paper in class.
Joe presented information in a way that kept me interested... good use of video!	Online text used for whole class.
The knowledge and enthusiasm that Escobar displayed.  It made me enjoy the class more and be equally interested.	Honestly, I have no suggestions for improvement.  That's a first for me.  It was a great class.
It was pretty informative and always on time.	I think it would be alot better to distribute the weight of the grade more, i.e. have more than just a midterm and a final, it was alot of info in such a short time to remember.
The instructor was very informative and helpful.	No improvements.
Interesting/interactive.
The way it was presented.	It's a great class.  Don't change any thing.
A lot of good information.  The teacher was excited about what he was doing.  Best history class I have taken.	I really didn't like taking tests on a computer.  Everything else was great.
What I liked best about this class was the online computer quizzes, and also be given 4 days to complete exams.	I think this class ran smoothly.  I think there should be offered extra credit.

What did you like about the class?	How could this class be improved? Add any comments about the class and/or the instructor that you feel might he helpful or useful.
	Just a personal opinion - I would have had more frequent exams rather than 2 huge exams (when other classes are giving large exams also).  Great class though!  Really have no complaints at all.
I like having a teacher try to help the students as much as possible.	Give out an outline of what you want the students to study.  The test has way to much extra info that was not used in class.
The teacher has incredible time management skills.  Felt he was very up-to-date and clear.  Also able to incorporate current events and time for class discussion.  Very fast pace, time flew by.	The instructor is very good at incorporating social issues.  It would be nice if he had current statistic specific knowledge of sociology.  However I recognize that is is not necessary for thsi class.  It would just make it that much better.
I enjoyed the lectures and videos.	The book was too dry.
The teacher's style and methods of teaching.
The teacher and time period in history we studied.	Great just how it is.
