I met with Meredith today and mapped out what next year will look like as far as faculty webmaster FTE, workload, and job duties are concerned.

We propose to divide the 2.0 FTE allotted to faculty webmasters as follows:

Jeffrey Borrowdale        .5
Joe Escobar                1.0
Meredith Keene-Wilson   .5

                             2.0 FTE

The projects for next year are numerous, including:
* Learning/Course Management System (LMS/CMS) choice - WebCT, BlackBoard, Moodle
* Luminous software adoption (or not) issue
* Creation of a Pedagogy Training program for Online Instructors in Distance Learning
* Webmaster management of the Experimental Classroom
* Fall inservice, and appropriate follow-up and support

Please let us know, as soon as you are able, so that Jeffrey and I may make appropriate arrangements for our "released" courses for this upcoming year.
