Regarding Outreach the area that I would like to highlight is the need to include some critera dealing with currency to determine elgibility for capital outlay grants, bond grants, Perkins etc,

As I understand it, KLCC will fit in the Outreach and Community Service Programs. I'm concerned that the criteria here don't really fit us. I'll address each one individually:

OT 1 Doesn't seem to apply. I don't know of any data that IRAP would have for KLCC.

OT 2 Doesn't fit, it's talking about capacity linked to enrollment history.

OT 3 Doesn't apply...KLCC doesn't produce FTE.

OT 4 Eliminated

OT 5 Eliminated

OT 5b I'm not sure how a standardized formula for evaluation can fit KLCC. I don't think this was intended for non-instructional programs.

OT 6 The attachment talks about course prerequisites, services to other programs on campus, etc. Doesn't relate to KLCC

Suggested Criteria.

Impact on and support from the community.

Support of lifelong learning.

Anything I can respond to!
