Hello inservice technology presenters,

I want to thank all of you personally and express my sincere appreciation of your willingness to spend your time and efforts on this year's inservice.

Overall, here is what the data revealed.
3 days
55 workshops
(23 unique workshops, presented multiple times)
235 people in attendance (according to the ONLINE attendance form only)
101 unique attendees (many visited multiple workshops, culminating in the 235 figure above)

Again, these numbers do not take into account the few workshops which were NOT held in computer classrooms (where attendees ONLY signed a paper attendance sheet).  So the above numbers are most likely a bit higher.

If you have any extra handouts, be sure to drop them off at the webmaster office 19/249C, located inside the ITC.  We will make them available for others who could not make your workshop.

Shortly following this email, I will send you your workshop evaluations (the ones completed ONLINE only) in an Excel spreadsheet.   It seems that most all attendees were pleased with our workshop offerings.  One interesting theme that emerged from the evaluations was desire that workshops actually lasted LONGER than the one hour, so more information could be covered.  I hope that is a good thing... leave them wanting more !!!

Finally, I want your feedback.  I will be meeting with important individuals soon about the technology workshop portion of inservice.  I have put a survey online and urge you to take just a few moments and share your thoughts with me.  I will take your concerns to those meetings
