CALL FOR INSERVICE TECHNOLOGY PRESENTERS

Hello LCC Faculty,

I hope your Summer Break is going well.  That said, it is never too early to start planning for Fall Inservice.  This year, the theme of the inservice is INNOVATION, broadly defined.  Serving as your faculty webmaster, I am interested in providing web/technology innovations that may help you in your teaching responsibilities at Lane for the coming year.

With only a month and a half until Fall Inservice, I am taking this opportunity to call for inservice presenters.  In short, presenters will make from 1 to 2 presentations over 4 days (see below), 30 minutes to 1 hour in length, on any number of topics in which they have expertise.  (see list below)  

Sessions will be geared to users at different ability levels, from technophobe beginners to tech savvy gurus.  Attendees will be able to choose which sessions to attend based on their own, self-identified ability level.

The innovation inservice days are:
Friday, September 17th [focus on innovation]
Monday, September 20th [focus on class prep]
Friday, September 24th [focus on class prep]
