Go to the Medicare site at http://www.medicare.gov/, and click on “Frequently Asked Questions.” List the five that you believe would be of most concern to patients today.

Go to the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) site at http://www.osha.gov/, and locate the page called OSHA Safety and Health Topics: Health Care Facilities. (Click on “Safety/Health Topics” on the home page, then click on “Health Care Facilities” under “H.”) Read the introductory paragraph, and then scroll down and click on “Categories of Potential Hazards Found in Hospitals.” List the categories, and give two examples of hazards for each.
