Essay Feedback Form

1. Enter your name, email and class in the appropriate fields.
2. The file must be a file on your hard drive that meets this format:
   • It is a text (ASCII) file.
   • The first item on each line is the student's email address.
   • Following items are tab separated pairs.
   • The first part of each pair is a student essay answer.
   • The second part of each pair is your evaluation/grade information.
   The format looks something like:
   emailaddress1 TAB essay1 TAB response1 TAB essay2 TAB response2 ...
   emailaddress2 TAB essay1 TAB response1 TAB essay2 TAB response2 ...
