Email Settings Help
Email Hour
Select the hour of the day when digest mailings and email notifications are sent.

Outbound SMTP Mail Server
Mail server name to be used for sending email notifications and mailing lists.

WebBoard SMTP Receiver Settings Help
SMTP Receiver IP Address
Enter an IP address to bind the SMTP Receiver to. If left blank (default), the WebBoard SMTP Receiver will respond to all requests on all IP addresses configured on the WebBoard computer.

SMTP Receiver Port Number
Changes the SMTP port of the WebBoard SMTP Receiver. Default is 25.

Note: To activate changes to this section, both WebBoard and the WebBoard SMTP Receiver must be re-started.

Mailing List Settings Help
Bounced Messages Destination
Specify who to send bounced inbound messages to.

Keep Bounced Messages
Specify whether to keep bad (bounced) inbound messages, renaming the message's file extension as .BAD. If un-checked, bad messages will be deleted.

WebBoard Administrator Email Address
This email address is used for bounced messages and appears on HTTP error messages.

Server Name
This server name is used in the WB-URL tag for outgoing emails, and the reply-to for mailing lists. For example, myserver.com.

Log File Settings Help
HTTP Logging Active?

Turns on or off HTTP request logging. Log files are stored in the \WEBBOARD\LOGS folder on a per-board basis in the Combined (NCSA/CERN) Format.
Download a ZIPped copy of the current HTTP log file for this board. The size of the log file is currently bytes.
Cycle the HTTP log file for this board.
SMTP Tracing Active?
>Yes >No
Turns on or off outbound SMTP tracing. With tracing on, all communication between WebBoard and the SMTP server is logged to \LOGS\SMTP.LOG.

Messages Folder:
Specifies the folder (directory) where the message bodies are stored.
HTML Folder:
Specifies the folder (directory) where the HTML files are stored.
Images Folder:
Specifies the folder (directory) where images and scheme folders will be stored.
Logs Folder:
Specifies the folder (directory) where log files will be stored.
Attachment Folder:
Specifies the folder (directory) where message file attachments will be stored. Be sure to allow enough disk space for these files.
Content Types:
Server content types, delimited by commas. For example: "html=text/html,htm=text/html"

System Settings Help
Reset Requests
The request counter will be reset to 0. It is currently .
Users in days
Click to delete users who have not logged in to a board within the number of days indicated.
Max Topics:
Sets the maximum number of topics to display at a time. For best performance, choose a number 25 or less.
