To select users for a conference, it must first be a private conference. To change this conference to a private conference, edit its profile. --> Conferences Menu | Help | Administrator Menu | Manage Conferences

To add users to this private conference, select user(s) from the left frame. If the user list is not shown, click the "Show User List" link. To remove a user, click a user in the list below.

NOTE: JavaScript appears to be disabled in your browser. A JavaScript capable browser must be used to administer WebBoard. Submitting forms without JavaScript capability may result in loss of data.
