No To: line specified, or the To: line does not contain an @ symbol	No addressee (To:) specified in message	There must be an addressee in the To: line, and that address must be in the proper format (i.e., addressee@host.domain).
Format of the To: line is invalid	Invalid addressee (To:) format	The To: line must be in the format specified above.
No From: line specified	No sender (From:) specified in message	The message must have a From: line, and there must be a properly formatted email address in it (see above).
Specified list is invalid	Invalid list specified	The list (conference) specified in the Subject: line doesn’t exist or is mis-spelled.
No message	Empty message	Why bother? User goofed.
MsgId specified (to reply to) doesn’t exist	Invalid message specified	User tried to reply to a message that doesn’t exist, or was improperly specified. Proper format is mailinglistname.message-number@[computername.]host.do-main.
User doesn’t exist in the database	User doesn’t exist	From: line doesn’t match user’s email address in the database.
User doesn’t exist in the board for the list	User <userId> is not a member of board	User is not registered on the board to which he/she is attempting to mail this message.
User tried to post to a read-only list and is not a moderator (or higher)	Can’t post to read-only board	From: line didn’t match the email address of those authorized to post messages to this read-only board.
Note: Delete messages and delete or rename conferences with discretion. Any of these actions could cause numerous bounced messages, especially in very active confer-ences with high participation by email.
