I work for a local publishing company, Random Lengths Publications, Inc. We have a job opening that looks as if it will fit graduates of your Computer Applications Specialist degree. Do you have any information about the local pay scale for a job with this specific title? This is the first time we've filled this position, and I'm not sure what applicants will expect in terms of salary.

Here's the short notice that should appear in the local papers this week:

Computer Applications Specialist Eugene company seeks individual with computer application skills to transmit fax and e-mail broadcasts, provide customer service, troubleshoot complaints, and work with MS Access, Excel, Word and desktop
publishing. Requires written and verbal communication skills, pleasant
phone manner, teamwork, self-motivation, willingness to learn, organization, and dependability. Full time, benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
