I strongly believe in reincarnation. My belief stems from one spring. That spring is this:God encompasses all eternity a never ending existence of time or perhaps no meaning of time what so ever. Why with so much time at his disposal would he only give us on average 80 years to transcend to a higher spiritual being? I think we get many chances to experience different cultures, eras, and life experiences. These encounters shape our soul to a wiser understanding of the universe. By learning in a smaller controlled environment our souls can be better equipped for the larger picture. I don't believe we share souls. To share souls would imply we have none of our own. without a soul we become just bodies. These bodies age, deteriate, and break, then nothing. We need an essence to give us a purpose. Without "souls" we have no higher purpose. So if we have no souls we can call our own, and our bodies die and decay then we have nothing. We do not exist we never truly existed. I do believe we are different people each life, with the same souls. Our minds are separate from souls, they deteriate just like the body. Our personalities are shaped by life. Each life is different each personality in turn is different. Our essence remains the same our personalities change continually in one lifetime. Why then is it not possible with different life experiences to change drastically in the next life?
