This is just the article. Open with
Microsoft Word or Wordperfect. I was at
home and didn't have an .htm editor. .rtf
files are "rich text format" and can be read
by macs or PCs just like .htm files can.
I've converted the file and am posting an
.htm version which can be opened by your
web browser.
