I like your ideas a lot, Brandon. Some are things
I'd never thought of before.

I've always had a hard time with Yahweh of the
Old Testament / Hebrew Bible who, IMO, acts like
a spoiled child, demanding worship, sacrifice,
blind obedience to his (often grisly) demands.
Why would an all-powerful being want or need
the worship of us puny humans?!

But respect I can buy, yeah. I don't know that I
think it's true, but it seems more likely to me.

I like the idea of god as teacher (rabbi means
teacher). That would go with all-good, too -- of
course an all-knowing all-good being would want
to share what he knows with other beings.
