Religion in general is difficult for me because I have yet to really explore my personal beliefs. I once thought that when I had children, I would have all my thoughts in order when it came to religion so that I could pass this on to them but this is not the case. I seem to continue my exploration in this area.

Life is learning. God wouldn't create ready-made saints because he wanted us to learn. Typically people learn from there mistakes. We learn to be humble by asking for forgiveness. God didn't want ready-made saints. I think that God or whatever supreme being created people who would make mistakes, errors, meet and create challenges. That is what life is about. If we were ready-made saints then everything would be perfect, everyone would be perfect and there would be no "evil" in the world. It would make the world very boring and would prevent us (the human race) in evolving to a higher level because we are already at that level as a ready-made saint.

Or at least that is my two cents for what it is worth.
