I hope no one laughs too much at my VERY LATE postings yes, very very late but life has presented challenges beyond my control.

This class is blowing my mind. Well not really blowing it. But WOW too much to think about sometimes. Does the center hold - What is Philosophy and what am I doing in this class?

What's it really all about, where did we come from, do I care?

OK Yes, I have put on my magical spectacles...

AND....

I think I have read this chapter like four times now. Yes, I do have the love of wisdom so I forge forward even though I am so late. I know I am going to come out of this class thinking about things I never thought I would think about.

I hope that I will attempt to come to a systematic understanding of the world through the use of reason......... a combination of many of them!

For me.......... I have learned the hard way that reality is in one simple thing..

Heraclitus thought everything was changing and it is. We ALL are and everyday WE learn, and then change our minds about it. That is the beauty of life and good Philosophers, discuss it, change it, argue about it and then I will try and read it reread it and either agree with it or not.... Then I go play some more
