My question is why would God snatch your soul away? Would God not snatch a soul because the soul has achieved it's purpose on this Earth? Then the soul can't be denied reanimation because it had achieved it's purpose through that body and in that role. The soul then travels to another environment, time, space whatever to achieve another purpose laid down by God. Right or wrong? It's something to think about.

Preserving your body isn't preserving your soul. Ask a scientist what a soul is and they will say there isn't one. You can't do an autopsy on a body and dissect out the soul. Therefore, you can't preserve your soul. So then the question is are we talking about soul/spirit or personality? You can't preserve personality either. There are traits that make up your personal identity but can you preserve those traits by cryonics?
