It would be interesting to hear more about your experience. Like when it took place, why and the circumstances leading up to it.

I too had an odd experience. I was 10 years old walking with my step-sister in a back alley. All of the sudden I was above my body looking down on my body walking like a man with a weapon in my hand. I was telling my step-sister about the girl I had just raped and murdered in the car (over there..didn't she see it?). I gave details of the girl, the death, the wounds, etc. My step-sister says that I talked in a different tone of voice and was "strange". I remember not wanting to lose my body and having to fight with my soul to get my body back. When I woke up, I was still in the alley with my step sister holding my hand telling me she loved me (which was far from the truth since we really didn't like each other much). We went to the library and found that ten years ago to the day a crime took place in that alley. The details were sketchy but most of my description fit. The killer had never been found but I was able to provide some details to the local police department. I don't know the legalities of what happened but I remember that out-of-body experience and my step-sister vividly remembers it.

Very odd thing to happen. It wasn't a NDE, nor could it be reincarnation but maybe the soul of the girl who died guided me to find her killer. Who knows. I just remember feeling like I had to fight with my heart and soul to get my body back.
