What do I say about NDE's. Because I have not personally experienced a NDE, I am a bit skeptical about them. I don't know what I believe about life after death, or if there is a life after death. I do wonder if this life is all there is. I believe in God. I believe that as a human being I do not have the capacity to understand His great plan, but I do believe He has one. Because I an unable to understand His great plan, I don't see how I can say outright that NDE's do not exist, and that there is some scientific explanation for what some people describe as NDE. Maybe He allows some people a glimpse of what is to come after the body dies.

How can we be unique individuals if someone else's soul can merge with ours as must happen with reincarnation? If reincarnation does happen, I hope I never have to meet the other souls that have merged with mine. Part of me wants to say this is just mumbo jumbo, but Ian Stevenson has a compelling story in support of reincarnation. For a two year old to sound convincing about details from a previous life, he must have lived it. When my boys were two, they could not repeat easy nursery rhymes, let alone detailed information about people, places and things from someone else's history.
