1, As a remedy for poor performance on
the first exam (at least in part due to
technical difficulties with the server the
class is on), each students' lowest exam
score will be dropped.

2. There will be no required text beyond
the Palmer book. My publisher was
unable or meet the publication date we
had agreed upon. I will supplement
Palmer with handouts which you can read
on-line or print out and read.

3. I have moved all archived class
material to the "Reading and Exam
Schedule" page. Any new handouts will
be posted there, as well as any new
reading assignments or exam dates.
