If consciousness is a feature of the brain,
a person wouldn't be conscious while
being frozen. Once you died (probably
before) consciousness would cease, as
when a person passes out.

Once you're frozen, no longer
functions--the blood is drained out of it
and it no longer receives oxygen and can
no longer send electrical impulses,
which, according to the mind-briain
identity theory, is what consciousness is.
If there was any mental activity in the
cyronics patient, it would have to be
immaterial or spiritual in nature.
