I was recently chatting with a friend of mine about death and dying. She commented about not fearing death.
I don't "fear" death either. I believe we "go" to a better place anyway.
BUT...
It's not DEATH that scares me (no fear. It's what I will miss when I am gone from this life. Too many things yet to do, see, experience, etc. Especially if it is young. My Dad died very young at 47 (I was only 16). He missed out on sharing so many family times it's sad to think about sometimes.
It's missing out on life I fear.
