I think people get hired not so much for what they look like but how they "fit" into the work environment and the characteristics of the other employees.

Would a person who is desired because they are attractive, be more likely to cheat on a spouse, then an unattractive person who is not sought after?

A person's character is more important, a handsome person can be just as dishonorable or bad employee as a unattractive person.
