It isn't satisfaction that I search for but a challenge. It is good for me to see things from other's point of view rather than just the ways that I was taught or believe. I enjoy my job, I love the medical field - I just have different beliefs than what the doctors have. But that doesn't make them wrong and me right. It allows separation in my life - I don't bring work home with me!
