Thanks for sharing your perspective.
What I failed to explain in my comment was it was from the recipient's point of view. I agree with the idea that a good intention is still good from the person it came from. I think (for me anyway) people might want to consider thinking about what they are about to say from the point of view of the person it is intended for.
