It may not be comfortable for you or I or a Bodhisatva (did I spell that right?)...but thinking specifically about Americans for just one moment. We love our labels - From Gap and American Eagle em blazoned on
t-shirts and backpacks, to queer pride patches, to right-wing and left-wing bumper stickers - if these labels ceased to exist there would be a lot of confused and uncomfortable Americans. That doesn't make it right or wrong. It's just one of the places I think that we are at right now.
