Perhaps comfortable wasn't the best wording but I can understand the initial point. People are more comfortable being able to label other people whether the label is black, white, gay or whatever. Being able to classify others gives the person labeling that group some sense of power. Everyone likes to have an opinion and share it. It is also what makes us unique.

I am not saying that it is right to label another person. Nor am I saying that I agree with labeling. I am just saying that classifying or labeling other people is something that has and will always continue to exist.
