I apologize for not giving the reading
assignments more ahead of time. I am
attempting to deal with such
contingencies as the webboard going
down (again) over the weekend, orders
for the Palmer book being late, and my
own textbook being much later than
promised (it was supposed to be ready
before the term began). Some of these
plans involve waiting on other people and
making decisions based on their
promises or projections which later turn
out to be in error.

The reading for this week is short. There
will be the study guide and a few
handouts posted later in the week.

Also, I can't imagine anyone reading
Chapter Four and not having more than
one post's worth of questions or
comments to post, let alone the all the
thoughtful, provocative and insightful
posts from other class members.

For those who want to read ahead in the
Palmer book, we will be reading the
chatpers on Free Will and Philosophy of
Religion after the first exam.
