Lane is sponsoring a workshop on how
to obtain free money for college on
Saturday, January 18, from 8:30 a.m.-3:30
p.m., Building 17, Room 308. The Lane
Scholarship Booklet describing 175
scholarships at Lane will be available for
the first time at this annual event. The
booklet contains scholarships for welding
program, RV service technology program,
and many others. Workshop will cover
print materials and computer databases
for scholarship research; understanding
the Federal financial aid process; Oregon
Student Assistance Commission
scholarships; and how to organize a plan
for your scholarship search. The
information will be applicable to Lane and
other colleges and universities.
Participants should bring a lunch. To
