I haven't been using StringTokenizer I've been using charAt and length but I don't think I'm using it correctly
Here's my code:

line = Keyboard.readString( );

line.charAt(idx);
characterCount = line.length();

while (characterCount > idx)

{
System.out.println(idx);
idx++;
}
