Hi everyone, my name is Loreta Anderson. I am back at LCC after being away for a few years (life got in the way). I will be here for two more years and then transfer to UofO for a BS in Computer Science. I may also pick-up a Minor in Business or Communication. I want to be well-rounded with a strength in business communication and group presentations.

I self-taught myself Foxbase and Dbase III many, many years ago. I took the first Visual Basic class that LCC offered back in 1995 - so I have some basic computer programming experience.

Computers work for me - I am told I have a magical touch. I have a home network with four computers and two printers. I also have my own personal website where I sell Gingerbread House stuff (for hobby purposes only). Check it out at http://www.frankysattic.com if you have some time.

I don't want to be a programmer "when I grow up" which is why I am going for the Bachelors of Science, with a focus on Business.

So, with all this said - it's nice to be in this on-line course. I am a detail oriented perfectionist who strives for straight A's.
