Hello,

My name is Dianne Williams and I am a programming major at Lane. I earned my B.A. in political science at the U of O in 1995 (I was on the 6-year plan), but then became nauseated with politics and fell in love with computers so here I am in school again. I work full time days and have a full load this term.

I guess I should tell you , I took this class a year ago! It was very difficult for me. I put in 30+ hours a week and still missed a lot so I'm here to refresh and pick up what I missed the first time around. Plus, it took me a year to replace the computer that I threw from a 10 story window when my programs wouldn't compile.

That was a joke.

So good luck to everyone - and FYI, in case anyone is concerned about a curve ( I don't know if you grade on one Jerry) I'm taking the class audit.
