Below is my list of suggestions and a potential timetable.
To attain the assessment goal:
1) Ask project teams to evaluate how they are closing the gaps; ask them to revise charter if needed to make progress on closing the gaps and present to SLILT
2) meet with individual project teams -to begin this term and continue next term
3) have a SLILT subgroup work with assessment project team to develop a survey that can be distributed to campus to obtain campus opinion (developed winter quarter?)
4) write a summary of our findings and use to develop goals for next year (spring quarter after data is collected)

To attain goal of involving "campus"
1)have a SLILT subgroup work with Eileen to review inservice suggestions (fall to winter term)
2)use survey developed for assessment to get broader feedback. Acknowledge in survey ideas already proposed (#1 above) and ask if any ideas or projects they would be interested in pursuing. (end of winter term)

Goal of budget strategy:
1) pursue line item in budget for innovation; may need to have survey question that addresses need for innovation funding to collect data that can be presented to board.

Goal for "home" for mainstreamed projects
1) revise group working on the "interdisciplinary dept" (start up again ASAP)
