The Abu Bakr As-siddiq Mosque is at
1856 W. Broadway that offers a traditional
Friday afternoon prayer approximately
from 1 to 1:45 p.m. (The time changes
depending on the calendar).

All women should dress from head to toe
and wear a scarf to cover their
hair. Both men and women take off their
shoes when they enter the Mosque.

You may sit in the back and observe the
prayers and should avoid talking loudly or
laughing inside the Mosque. My contact at
the Islamic Cultural Center says that the
the most important thing is to maintain a
respectful attitude at all times.
