4)sawm/Ramadan;fast during the month of Ramadan(focus on spiritual by denying bodily wants or needs)No eating,drinking,smoking, or sex from dawn to dusk. Can eat and drink at night but only in moderation.
5)Hajj;pilgramidge to mecca once in lifetime.
