I think there are some things that are truths for the moment. For instance, when a baby is born...you can say they are a baby as a truth but in 5 years you can not say they are a baby. It is not a truth anymore. But it is a truth to say they are a child. History might be another example. before the civil war you could say it was a truth there were slaves in USA, that was a truth for then. But it is not a truth for today's society in the USA. So is a truth only a truth if it is a truth forever?
