A survey taken last Spring of students enrolled in credit classes at LCC revealed:

* 88 percent of the respondents reported they have access to a computer when they are away from Lane.
* 72 percent of the respondents thought Lane provides students adequate access to computers and related equipment on campus.
* It was important to 50 percent of the respondents to be able to take online/Internet-based courses.
* 37 percent of the respondents thought it was important to be able to complete an entire degree through distance learning.
