It is hard for me to conceive the every event has a cause. Especially if you say it holds the same amount of truth as 2 + 2=4. I like to think that there are random acts, but maybe that's just how I want it to be. With saying every event has a cause, it makes life one big string of cause and effects. I guess this would be the scientific way to explain life. So, did Kant not believe in God? Because most people who believe in God believe that HE does things for a reason.
