hey sarah, i'm taking "transformation" too! (the telecourse version though) no matter what one's opinion of jung's work is, campbell has to be viewed differently. he does an excellent job presenting all sides of a story so that we, as students, understand it well. technically, it seems that any sort of subject can be taught in college--it's just a matter of it being understandable to the beginner, and having someone able to teach it well.
