If you're talking about the links on the
reading page, it may be that your web
browser (internet explorer or netscape) is
low on memory or that since your modem
is slow it just takes a long time to load in
the page.

If this is the case, try downloading the .rtf
file. I've noticed that on the PC's I've tried
this on it gives you the option to "open
from current location" or "save to disk".
Choose the "save to disk" option, then, if it
adds an .html to the end of the document,
change the name to end with an .rtf
document. For instance, save the first file
as 1st_dialogue.rtf.

It should save the document to your hard
drive. After it's done saving, open it in
Microsoft Word. If it doesn't automatically
open in word by double-clicking, try
opening Word first and opening it with the
"open" commend in the file menu.

Another thing you might try on any file that
you have trouble opening is instead of
clicking it, hold down the mouse button. In
Internet Explorer (and I think Netscape,
too) a menu will pop up. Select "save link
to disk." This will save whatever file the
link goes to without trying to open it in a
browser window.

Let me know if you're still having trouble. I
just tested the links and they work fine
from both my Mac and the PC in the office.
