Personally, I think anything you do to enlarge your child's boundaries of thought is good. Challenging their perceptions is always good for their growth, particularly before they become rigid. Teenagers become rigid in their thinking very easily; that's why college is good for kids right after high school. It keeps their thinking flexible and fluid. The learning is probably more valuable for us as we get older, and we surely appreciate it more, but they need it. Absolutely introduce your kids to this type of analytical thinking.
