I agree with Locke's ideas about everything we know coming from experiences or our senses. A child does not know right from wrong when it is born, it must be taught or it learns on its own. Gut feelings and common sense come from living life and learning from it. If you were isolated from birth, you would not have the same definitions for most things as the majority of us do now.
I believe humans can have tendencies towards certain behavior such as anger and drinking but these are genetic and do not occur in all people the same way. For it to be innate it would have to be consistent.
