TO Amber Lane,

Have you ever had a dream that you were flying or floating? I have had a few flying/floating dreams and they sure feel real to me. I always am so relieved after I wake up because I find the feeling very unsettling. So, can we dream about something that we have never experienced?
maybe the sensation of flying comes from watching a few of those IMAX movies when i was a kid. If that's so, then my dreams are from sense experience. I wonder if people that have never experienced IMAX films, carnival rides or anything that gives you the sensation of flying have flying dreams? Also, dreams are very emotional, maybe when we have flying dreams we are really experiencing the emotion of fear, at least in my case, because I don't really enjoy them.
