I had a side thought the other day when I was trying to digest this whole philosophy class. Is it possible to dream about something that you haven't experienced? For example, before I had my first daughter I would always have dreams of me being a mom and going through labor, but I hadn't really experienced it. Those dreams were all based on what I had seen and heard from other people. However, after having done it, it was nothing like my dreams. So was I really dreaming about it correctly? Or was I just dreaming about it in the sense that I knew (i.e. the information I had gotten from TV and other people).

Also, what about death? Can you dream about accurately about dying even though you've never actually died?

Then what is it when you have a dream that you don't remember but a couple of days later you feel like you've been here or done that before and it comes back to you that you had dreamed about it a few days ago?
