I do not think education stops our wrong beliefs. It depends on what the education is. I am sure Hitler thought he was educating his nation to the "right beliefs" against what their parents had taught them. Communism feels they can take a child and "educate them" to have their beliefs. Most people would come to the conclusion that both of these "educations" did not set the students free from false beliefs or prejudice. I know you meant it in the right way I just don't think it is an accurate statement.
